Quick Impact™ estimates the economic and fiscal impacts for a single taxing entity.
Beyond this, the models are essentially the same – the rest of the information regarding our impact models applies equally well to both Total Impact™ and Quick Impact™.
Which Version Is Right For You?
If you regularly need to build community support for a project and show multiple taxing entities the benefits they will receive from the project, then we’d suggest Total Impact™. If you are only concerned how projects will impact the city, then we’d suggest Quick Impact™.
